In order to better serve our patients through extended time spent with Dr. Khera, we are a direct pay clinic — as such we do not accept insurance or provide primary care services.

NEW PATIENT CONSULTATION

During your appointment expect to spend about 2 to 3 hours (120 to 180 minutes) in our clinic:

• Majority of time will be face-to-face with Dr. Khera

• Review of all pertinent medical records

• Emphasis on gynecologic, obstetric, dietary, lifestyle and environmental exposures and modifications

• Thorough gynecologic exam

• Transvaginal ultrasound, if medically indicated

• Microscopic urine analysis

• Prior to your appointment please expect a 30-minute call with clinical assistant Rosanny Abreu

For patient convenience, blood for any other recommended labs can be drawn in our clinic. Please note all other labs are an extra charge, as applicable.

RETURN PATIENT VISITS

• Follow-up for lab results and other interventions

• Further testing, examination and counseling as indicated

• Visits are based on the following durations & recommended time is exclusively at Dr. Khera’s discretion:
90 minutes – $620
60 minutes – $480
30 minutes – $260

Please note:

• We are out-of-network for ALL insurances, including Medicare

• We do not file insurance for patients

• Payment is required at time of service

• We accept payment by credit card as well as HSA and Flex spending
